Our story

Northwind started as a repair bench behind a bike shop and grew into a small label.

We make a short list of things and keep them in stock for years, so the sock you buy this autumn has the same heel as the one we sold last winter. Our wool comes from two farms, our canvas from one mill, and every product has a name on the label of the person who checked it.
